- Receive a list of all the licensing steps required in your municipality or county
- Learn about the business structures that best suits your needs
- Run a “living wage estimator” to know what the business will need in revenue in order to make you self-sufficient
- Create a draft of startup costs
- Complete a customer profile and draft of a marketing plan
- Learn the financial documents needed to manage your business and eventually apply for startup capital or equity investment
