Welcome to the Willow Creek Chamber of Commerce online shop!
We’re a small, community-powered nonprofit tucked between the mountains, the rivers, and… well, you know who else wanders through these parts.
Every purchase helps us uplift our small town and the local businesses that make it special. Before you check out, here’s the stuff we legally have to say about how our store works.
1. Who We Are
This online shop is operated by the Willow Creek Chamber of Commerce, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting our local businesses, events, and community.

2. Shipping
We ship using USPS only within the United States.
- Orders are packed with care and sent out within 2–5 business days.
Once your package is handed off to USPS, it’s officially on its way from Humboldt County. Delivery times vary depending on your location and weather (we are, after all, in Bigfoot country).
We currently ship only within the U.S., though you’re welcome to contact us to see if we can arrange international shipping. info@willowcreekchamber.com
3. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once USPS marks a package as Delivered, the Willow Creek Chamber is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
That said, we’re community people – if something goes sideways, email us and we’ll do our best to help brainstorm solutions.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because we are a small nonprofit and keep low inventory, we do not offer returns or exchanges.
However:
We’re kind, reasonable humans. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will consider replacements on a case-by-case basis. Just reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

5. Local Pickup
We love our community, and we’re always happy to save folks shipping costs when we can.
We offer free local pickup whenever possible in:
- Willow Creek, or
- Eureka, depending on staff availability
Pickup is arranged individually. Email us before or after placing your order and we’ll do our best to coordinate something that works for everyone.
6. Payments
We currently accept payments through Square.
All payments must clear before an order is shipped or prepared for pickup.
7. Sales Tax
Sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address (or pickup spot), following California’s rules.
8. Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address and item selections before submitting your order. We’re good, but we are not psychic (even in Willow Creek).
If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible – we’ll adjust it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.
9. Product Images & Colors
We do our best to showcase products accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on screen brightness, lighting, or whether Bigfoot walked between you and the sun that day.
10. Intellectual Property
All graphics, logos, designs, and product images in the WCCC shop belong to the Willow Creek Chamber of Commerce or our collaborating artists.
Please don’t use or reproduce them without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
We do our best to offer great products and a smooth experience.
By using this shop, you agree that the Willow Creek Chamber is not liable for:
- Delays caused by USPS
- Issues resulting from wrong addresses entered at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages after USPS marks them as delivered
- Minor variations in color or sizing
Basically: we handle our end with care; the rest is in the hands of shipping services, technology, and chance.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, especially as our shop grows. The latest version will always be posted here.
