Allison and Cameron Bacchus have been the proud owners of Pizza Factory in Willow Creek for three years, bringing a dedication to fresh ingredients and quality food to the community. Known for their hand-tossed pizzas made with fresh dough and vegetables sliced daily, they also offer sandwiches, pasta, and salads.
Pizza Factory is a special place for Allison, who began working for the franchise at 15. Over the years, she has held various roles, including at the corporate office, before eventually purchasing her own stores. Willow Creek is their second location, and Stephanie StClair, their exceptional general manager, has been instrumental in running the Willow Creek branch. “Stephanie is a hardworking, positive manager who truly brings a wonderful energy to the store,” says Allison. “We couldn’t be more proud!”
Community Spirit
Pizza Factory is committed to supporting local schools and community events. They regularly host “Take Over” fundraising days, where 20% of proceeds go to local schools, and provide certificates for students with perfect attendance, achievements in sports, and more. This dedication to giving back has made them a cherished part of Willow Creek.
Fun Fact
Allison’s journey with Pizza Factory has come full circle—from her first job as a cashier to becoming an owner. She’s now mentoring Stephanie, with hopes that one day she might own her own store.

Why Willow Creek?
Allison and Cameron fell in love with Willow Creek’s natural beauty and the town’s unique Bigfoot lore. They had so much fun at the Bigfoot Festival this year and enjoy visiting whenever they can. Though based out of town, their hearts are firmly rooted in this community through the hard work and passion of Stephanie and their amazing team.
