We are excited to host an Online Hunter Safety Course Training in Orleans!

Space is limited and registration is required. Dinner is provided.

As hunting season is fast approaching, our efforts to equip tribal members with the resources needed to harvest traditional foods are needed now more than ever.

We are excited to announce the launch of our Free California State Hunter Safety Course Project! Our primary goal is to provide essential training to native youth and families, enabling them to safely and legally hunt traditional game. We recognize the financial barriers that can make accessing these tools and resources challenging, and we aim to address these through our plan.

Age: 12+
Attendance: Must attend in person

Priority will be given to Karuk tribal members/descendants, youth, and families. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are committed to making this project as equitable as possible.
