Felicia Costa has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003, and her experience is broad. She is an exceptional marketer and negotiator. She established herself with Coldwell Banker Cutten Realty in 2011 and has earned the prestigious, Coldwell Banker Diamond Society Realtor designation for sales production.
Felicia has a marketing plan for listings that is 2nd to none. This includes providing a detailed CMA to advise on the right price range to start with. She has a thorough contact list of cleaning people; property inspectors, if needed; staging companies, if wanted. And always beautiful, professional property photos. She invests heavily in social media and website advertising, and highlights each property, starting with a, “sneak peek,” and on through each step until closing. She will introduce each property in its very best light, and keep it in the forefront of potential buyers’ eyes and minds until the goal is achieved.
Felicia believes strongly in community service. She currently serves on the City of Eureka, Housing Advisory Board, the Humboldt Association of Realtors, Board of Directors, and Chairperson of the Member Services Committee. She is a former Board member of FAAN (Families Advocating Autism Now).
Mark Costa, has joined Felicia in real estate, and as a team they now offer even more to their clients. Mark and Felicia are both 4th generation Humboldt County residents. Over the past 15 years, Mark has worked hard to gain the respect of his peers in the trucking industry with his professionalism and “work until the job is done” attitude. He has now stepped away from trucking and into the real estate business and will bring his strong work ethic with him. He has a strong ability to listen and understand the needs of others. Working with his wife, Felicia Costa, as his mentor, he will do what it takes to provide people with a successful real estate experience.
