Registration Forms must be completed and payments received by July 1st, 2022.
Discounted fees available if registered by June 24th, 2022. Higher fees apply after June 24th, 2022
Food booth vendors must obtain food permits and email them to us. Permits are available from the Humboldt County Dept. of Public Health.
You can download a registration form and mail a completed form with your check to Bigfoot Daze Committee, PO Box 704, Willow Creek, Ca 95573. Or submit the online form below and pay using PayPal or mail a check.
Only two booths selling the same item will be allowed.

All applications are subject to review and may be declined. You will only be notified if you application is declined.
